A: Yes. During the initial consultation we will let you know our fees.  We have written fee agreements for every case we take.

Q:  Do you charge for initial consultations?

A: Not usually. But in the rare instances that we do, you will know beforehand so you can decide to meet or not before incurring any fees.

Q:  Do you have experience in handling my type of case?

A:  We are a general practice firm and have handled cases in a wide range of areas.  We will let you know before you hire us what experience we do or do not have in cases similar to yours.

Q:  How do you bill cases?

A:  Some matters are billed hourly. Some matters are billed on a contingency fee; that is we get a percentage of what we recover from your case, but only if we recover for you.  Some matters are billed on a flat fee.

Q:  Do you check for conflicts of interest before you are hired?

A:  Yes.  Before we meet with any client, we gather information on the parties and perform electronic conflicts check to make sure we are within our legal rights to provide advice and consultation.

Q:  Do you take my privacy and data security seriously?

A:  Yes.  We use state of the art encryption tools that allows us to protect data and emails.

Q:  How do you let me know about the status of my case?

A:  We try to promptly reply to phone calls and emails (within 24 hours).  We encourage clients to schedule appointments with us.  We encourage telephone appointments to avoid playing phone tag. We try to send our clients all documents that we receive as they come in during their case.

Q:  Do you have appointments after normal business hours and weekends?

A:  Yes.

Q:  Do you have free parking?

A:  Yes.  Given our suburban location, we can offer free parking right up to our front door.
