Everyone at LMS is always more than happy to give back to the community around them. We are no stranger to aiding Community Housing Network in any endeavor, including their newest development in Central Ohio: Poplar Fen Place. This is a new CHN construction project on the southeast side of Columbus. Poplar Fen Place will provide permanent supportive housing to individuals over the age of 55 who have histories of homelessness and disability. All units will have a rent subsidy and services that have a track record of helping people stay housed.
LMS helped assemble and distribute supplies, including vacuum cleaners, to the new Poplar Fen Place residents. It is always a pleasure to be given the opportunity to give back.
