Sunni S. DiNicola is a Partner at Lardiere McNair, LLC and works primarily in the Family Law practice area.  She focuses her practice on helping her clients in difficult matters such as dissolutions, divorce, and custody.  She helps clients with child and spousal support issues, guardianships, adoptions, post-decree issues and grandparent’s rights.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Sunni started her career with Lardiere McNair, LLC as an associate and has been practicing in Family Law since 2013.  Before joining Lardiere McNair, she was a Marketing Executive with Bank of America, a Fortune 100 company. She led the sector with marketing, research, advertising and communications, positioning Bank of America Practice Solutions as a leader in providing healthcare banking solutions.

PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS

Sunni is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Women Lawyers of Franklin County, the Hilliard Chamber of Commerce, and the Family Law Committee of the Columbus Bar Association. She is an active member of the Junior League of Columbus, and proudly participates in community events such as Race for the Cure, and the Merrill Lynch Bull Run.

EDUCATION

Sunni is a graduate of Capital University Law School with an undergraduate from the University of Utah where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations. While attending Capital, Sunni was a member of the National Adoption and Child Welfare Moot Court Team, President of the American Constitution Society and a proud recipient of the Dean's Public Service Award.

PERSONAL
Sunni lives in Columbus with her Husband Joe and their dog Kingston. She enjoys traveling, especially to New York City to attend live theater.  Her colleagues and clients would all say that she has a good sense of humor and a lot of empathy.
