Lardiere McNair, LLC is pleased to announce its newly formed Of Counsel relationship with Margaret Smith Replogle (“Peggy”).

Attorney Margaret Smith Replogle (“Peggy”) has practiced law since 1998. She has 20 years’ experience in family law, criminal defense (adult & juvenile), business law, and civil litigation.

Her experience in domestic relations began in 1994 as an enforcement specialist for the Fairfield County Child Support Enforcement Agency. In 1996, while attending the evening program at Capital University School of Law, she left her position with the Fairfield County Child Support Enforcement Agency when she accepted a position as a law clerk with a general practice law firm in Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Capital Law School in May 1998 and was admitted to practice law by the Ohio Supreme Court in November 1998.  Attorney Replogle was hired as an associate attorney by the law firm where she clerked.  In 1999, with desire to return to practice in her home town of Lancaster, Ohio, she made the difficult decision to leave the Columbus law firm. She joined a Lancaster Ohio general practice law firm in 1999. There, she developed her practice in Domestic Relations, Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense until opening her own practice in 2002. In 2004 she teamed with Theresa Mulroy Krooner to form Krooner & Smith, Co., LPA and was managing partner of the firm until its dissolution in 2011. Attorney Replogle opened her solo practice in Lancaster, Ohio. She eventually moved her main office to Pickerington, Ohio and offered services through satellite office locations in Columbus and Lancaster. Attorney Replogle became of counsel to Lardiere McNair in April of 2018. She is pleased to have the opportunity to provide service to clients in Fairfield and Franklin Counties, as well as many counties in Central and Southern Ohio.
