In negligence action against a landlord arising from injuries plaintiff sustained when three dogs attacked her near her apartment, the case was dismissed prior to trial with the grant of summary judgment in favor of the landlord. The facts demonstrated that the landlord did not own the dogs, two other tenants kept them in their apartment contrary to a lease provision and without landlord's knowledge, and attack occurred inside an apartment, not in a common area of the complex.
