Jessica M. Amyette, Esq.

Jessica is an associate attorney at Lardiere McNair & Stonebrook, Ltd., LPA, where she focuses her practice on domestic relations and civil litigation matters. Jessica earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in May 2024.  She joined the firm in June 2025 after relocating to Columbus from Chicago.

Before joining the firm, Jessica served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Cook County, where she worked in the Traffic Division. In that role, she managed a high-volume caseload, worked with defense attorneys to come to plea agreements, and coordinated with witnesses to gather evidence and prepare for trial.

During law school, Jessica interned with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. There, she supported investigative efforts by conducting legal research and drafting orders related to licensed medical professionals. This experience provided her with insight into administrative law and regulatory compliance.

Jessica completed her undergraduate studies in 2020 at the University of Illinois Chicago, where she majored in Political Science. She was also a member of the UIC Women’s Swimming and Diving team, balancing academics with her athletic obligations.

Originally from western Illinois, Jessica now resides in Obetz, Ohio, with her fiancé. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new places around Columbus, going on walks, and spending quality time with friends and family.
