Michael is an associate attorney at Lardiere McNair & Stonebrook, Ltd., LPA. Prior to joining our team, Michael practiced at a firm that focused on real estate, probate and estate planning, and business law. He has helped clients with residential and commercial transactions, 1031 exchanges, and with other real estate related needs throughout Ohio. He also has extensive history representing landlords and property managers in civil litigation, eviction proceedings, rent escrow hearings, and environmental code compliance cases.
From a business perspective, Michael has a background of assisting business owners from formation through the winding down process and everything in-between. Michael also brings experience in estate planning, probate court matters, and with the entire civil litigation process.
Michael obtained his license to practice law in Ohio in 2021. He graduated from Capital University Law School in 2021 and additionally received a Master’s in Business Administration from Capital University the same year, graduating with distinction. His undergraduate degree came in 2015 from Oklahoma State University, majoring in Sports Media Broadcast & Production. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States of America Southern Districts of Ohio.
