Peyton is a law clerk at Lardiere McNair & Stonebrook, Ltd., LPA where she focuses her practice on wills, trusts, and estates, as well as general business matters.
Peyton earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in May of 2025. Peyton returned to her hometown to work at the firm after living in New England for multiple years.
Previously, Peyton interned with multiple corporations within their general counsel departments where she gained an appreciation for transactional work. She is well versed in negotiating and drafting contracts of various kinds and matters.
During law school, Peyton was the business editor of the UMass Law Review and founded the Business Law Society. She was also an executive board member on numerous school groups.
Peyton received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Capital University in 2021, focusing on foreign policy and political theory. In this time, Peyton interned for the Franklin County Clerk of Courts and the Ohio Bankers League, working with the attorneys at both locations.
