Business Organization: Representation of small to medium sized businesses from inception (legal organization or incorporation with the Secretary of State, SS-4, other various regulatory requirements forward). Representation of individuals or as counsel for the business (depending) involving issues of dissolution, ouster, derivative actions, etc.

 Civil Litigation: Representation experience includes all types of civil litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, uninsured motorist situations, insurance disputes, breach of contracts, property cases, real estate and collections. This representation has extended to areas including CSPO prosecution and defense.

Estate Planning: Preparation of Revocable Living Trust and Last Will and Testament for couple or single individual. Preparation of Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Durable Powers of Attorney, etc.

Real Estate:  Representation of buyers and sellers in complex real estate transactions as well as preparation of a wide variety of real estate documents. Former Licensed Title Agent.
